Stage two renovations involve new factory finished doors, new lighting, and refinishing the door surrounds. Typical french door set in hotel entrance $8,000 to $12,000 and up. Stage three reconstruction include replacing the entire door set, frames, surrounds with new factory build modules, new lighting and new security systems. Typical French do set in hotel entrance. $12,000 to $20,000 and up Stage 4 reconstruction includes all items in stage 3 above, and new floor finish, tile, brass railings, awnings, logo inset into sidewalk and etc. $20,000 to $30,000 and up. |
