Projects:
Conte Bianco, Tuna boat San Pedro California, 100 tons ammonia brine system. Hawaiian Princess, 120 tons blast freeze system for Lobsters, using compound two stage Mycom compressor.
Developed the unique hot gas defrost system, worlds fastest, 4 minutes on -50F blast freeze coils for that project .... which is still working today more than two decades later.
Several smaller systems for H Salt Esq. H Salt Fish and Chips. 50 tons, blast freeze systems.
All these were successful projects at 50% or so below the market.
These cost reductions were accomplsihed with myself doing the refrigeration, and electrical engineering including the Generator Sets.. and the crew doing much of the labor, fitting all this equipment into the engine room, mounting coils, blast freeze blowers, sea chest heat exchangers, and pulling wire.
