Description Option #1 One day on site. Students receive study material via web site prior to live presentation. When all students have taken and passed the written material test by email. Instructor with over 30 years project management experience arrives to present the materials and share war stories with the students. The war stories (that is stories of failed or troubled past projects) are analyzed in light of the project management strategy presented, and solutions developed and elaborated on so that in the future such problems can be avoided. Option #2 Two days on site. Includes in addition to option 1 above, roll playing exercises designed to place the student in a variety of situations that typically result in failed or grossly over budget projects. Students use project control sheets to catch and correct errors before they can result in loss of control of the project.
